To log in to MS Teams, do not use the CTU e-mail address, but the CTU Account Login in the format: and CTU Password.

Maximum user limits in Microsoft Teams:

Chat = 20
Team: team videoconference (meet now) = 300
Calendar: team videoconference (scheduled meeting) = 300
Calendar: moderated team videoconference (live event) = 20,000
Warning: This feature is not available to users who only have a faculty email inbox.
Input (Class template) = 200
Notepad subject (OneNote) = 200

Microsoft Teams is a digital center in which conversations, meetings, files and applications create together a unified environment for Office 365 Education. With Teams, you can easily and quickly move from conversation to creating materials, while maintaining context, coherence and clarity. MS Teams enables collaboration and sharing files with popular Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and SharePoint. Microsoft Teams replace Skype for Business to host audio conferences, video conferences, and web conferences with anyone at CTU and outside. You’ll get features like planning support, taking notes, sharing your desktop, uploading files and chat.

Microsoft Teams on your PC, Mac or mobile device offers the following options:

Teams and channels – Teams and channels offer a better sorting of each topic being processed, providing a better overview of what is happening through thematic conversations.
Chat – Start a new conversation when you have a new topic or idea to introduce to the team. You can also share your screen when chatting with one or more people.
Channel conversations – Channel conversations can be viewed and searched by the entire team. You can participate in conversations, give likes or save important conversations, mention certain people to see a message from you or edit files that have been added to the conversation.
Private conversations and calls – You can have private personal or group conversations that are not on the team’s public channel.
Instant meeting – Turn conversations into meetings in just a few clicks. Add audio, video, and share your screen.
