Internet connection

Internet connection is provided via academic backbone network CESNET2. CTU backbone network provides high-speed interconnection between individual CTU faculties and other parts. Local administrators supervise connections at faculties and other university parts.

Most CTU buildings are covered by a Wi-Fi signal that is available to all students and staff of the university. All you have to do is connect.

Remote Access

Users can remotely log into the university network using VPN (Virtual Private Network). When connected to VPN, the computer operates as if it was connected directly to the university network. It is therefore possible to use access to electronic resources, such as from home, from abroad or from another university (likewise, you can also access license servers).
