The subject of the service is the operation of the CTU Events Calendar web application which provides a comprehensive chronological overview of university events, be it lectures, seminars, conferences, concerts and other cultural, sports or educational events.

- The application owner – Chancellor of CTU in Prague (currently Ms. Lucie Orgoníková) is responsible for the functional page.
- Content is managed by editors from particular university parts, under the supervision of the main administrators from the Department of Multimedia and Web Presentation of the Computing and Information Center, who, in addition to running the application, provide editorial accounts administration.
