The FindTime add-in is a tool for MS Outlook that makes scheduling meetings easy. A meeting organizer can send meeting participants several possible time options, minimizing the need for lengthy email conversations during scheduling.
Meeting recipients are not required to have the add-on installed to vote on meeting times. Invitations can be sent outside CTU to any email address.
