Recording of persons (creating a personal profile and changes in personal data) in the CTU IS is done by authorized personnel in the KOS, CRI and Mobility. These systems communicate with the central system – UserMap, and are based on the analysis of the uniqueness of personal data, each person is filed in the CTU IS just once. Selected personal information is then shared and promoted to other systems.
The University keeps personal data in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic and European Union Regulations. Personal data management is based on particular purposes of personal data processing.
The University collects or assigns and records the following personal data:
- identification (name, surname, date of birth, national identification number, ORCID, data mailbox identifier…),
- contact (e-mail, phone number, room number, address…)
- descriptive (personal website…)
- access (password, roles, rights…)
- family (marital status, number of children…)
- state registration (residence permit on the territory of the Czech Republic, data on granting a pension…),
- study (study program, graduation…),
- accommodation (room number, duration of stay…),
- health (health restriction, health notes…),
- education (degrees, highest level of education, year of graduation…),
- professional (CV, work experience, former employers…).
This personal data is recorded in UserMap, KOS, EGJE, CRI and Mobility systems. To change the data, please contact personnel or study department officers.
