- Teaching Survey – evaluation of teaching, authorization to operate
- Scholarships – support for the calculation of accommodation scholarships
- E-learning – support for e-learning education, e.g. Moodle subsystem, authorization to operate
- Erasmus (formerly Mobility) – support for the agenda of outgoing and incoming students, authorization to operate

- Eduroam – an international project of university wireless network
- Shibboleth – user authentication for access to the applications from other universities, this is an international university project
- Kerberos – authentication subsystem, authorization to operate
- CARD – electronic identification of persons, authorization to operate
- USERMAP – authentication subsystem, it records and displays personal and contact information, authorization to operate
- CRI – gathers information about users and their relations, gives clear identification of a person within the CTU IS and provides them to connected subsystems, authorization to operate
