The only right way to resolve a forgotten password is:

Personally contact the CTU Card Office or your faculty Password Administrators. A new password will be issued after your identity is verified.

Since 17.3.2020 it is possible to issue a password remotely. For more information about this password issue method, see the following page.

Therefore, please:

  • do not request IS administrators for password by e-mail or phone
  • do not ask IS administrators to set a new password
  • do not grant a power of attorney to issue a new password in the CTU Card Office or by password administrators. The power of attorney is not accepted in these cases.
