If your CTU ID card is lost or stolen, we recommend to block the identifier, in case of the ISIC card, it will be also automatically deactivated in the Alive App. If found, it can be unblocked again. Can be done by user after log in to the self-service portal: https://card.cvut.cz
Lost/stolen card can be also reported:

The card owner is fully responsible for all transactions made with the card.
