Did you know that in the USERMAP application settings, you can set up a private email address and allow its use for password recovery? Last academic year, we launched a feature that allows users with a private email set up and permitted for password recovery to reset their passwords without visiting the card issuance office or their password manager.
Password recovery using only an email is limited to users with basic security requirements, primarily students and lifelong learning program participants.
