You know that in USERMAP you can set a private email in the personal profile settings and enable its use for password recovery? At the beginning of this September, we will launch a functionality that will allow users who have a private email set up and allowed to use it for password recovery to reset their password without visiting the card issuer or their password manager.
Password recovery using email only will be limited to users with a basic requirement for security, typically especially for students and CŽV students.
