We register problems with receiving e-mail messages in the CTU HelpDesk system. At the moment, HelpDesk does not accept new tickets or comments on tickets (the e-mail is technically delivered to the email@example.com mailbox, but is not written to the application).

Updated: Message loading functionality has been fixed. As part of the repair, e-mail messages sent to the CTU HelpDesk application were loaded. All sent requests are registered and will be dealt with. If they have already been resolved, please leave a comment in the ticket or mark the ticket as resolved.
