As part of the change in authorization to operate the UserMap system, authorization was extended for persons with the role B-xxxxx-SEKRETARKA(all secretaries in all organizational units). Now all persons with this role are automatically assigned the role B-xx000-USERMAP-SPRAVCE-KONTAKTY which allows them to change the contact phone number and room in the contact details of people on the UserMap system.
