Changing the maximum storage capacity on OneDrive for users with an Office 365 A1 license.
From February 2024, users with an Office 365 A1 license (free subscription) will be limited to a maximum of 50 GB of storage on OneDrive. Users affected by this change will be notified by email. Users will be notified when they are about to exceed their storage limit. The default notification level is 90% of storage capacity. When the storage capacity is 100% full, the user’s OneDrive will be restricted to read-only access. Users will not be able to upload new files to OneDrive or edit or sync them, but existing files will remain read-only.
