Office 365 – an increase in safety

Dear users of the Office 365 email system,

for reasons of increasing the security of Office 365 email services, we will turn on modern authentication on September 26, 2022.

For those using the web interface to access mail, nothing changes.
Users using Outlook with an Exchange server connection type will see a different Outlook login dialog.
Other users with other clients or with a different type of connection than the Exchange server must reconfigure their email clients from 9/27/2022 (not earlier) to 11/30/2022. Even a regular user has the right to change the configuration. Instructions can be found at ist.cvut.cz in the E-mails, communication cooperation section. Please contact your local IT staff in case of problems.
