Starting April 15, 2026, mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be enabled for all guest accounts in the Office 365 environment. This change applies to all external accounts that are not part of the CTU Information System and were invited to the Office 365 environment using an email address (e.g., to access shared files, Microsoft Teams, or other Office 365 services).
