We would like to inform you that as of August 4, 2025, the option to create new requests in the original HelpDesk system (JIRA) will be discontinued.
New requests will only be submitted via the ServiceDesk system (Alvao).
All currently open requests in HelpDesk will, of course, be properly resolved.
Each faculty or department has its own “tile” in the ServiceDesk, under which you will find the services your unit provides. If a department does not yet use the ServiceDesk, this information is indicated directly under its tile.
An overview of the current adoption status of the ServiceDesk by each department, along with user guides, can be found on the IST – ServiceDesk website.
