From Friday, March 4, 2022, a new e-mail management module is being deployed on both Exchange on-premise and Exchange online. The new module introduces new rules that can block some users from accessing their mailbox or change their shipping address. If you have been affected in this way, please contact the HelpDesk. It is not possible to create new e-mail boxes and addresses while the new module is being deployed.
The commissioning of the new module is expected on March 7, 2022 by 14:00.
