Today, April 16, 2026, at 8:00 PM, the scheduled migration of FME user mailboxes from the faculty email system to the university-wide Exchange Online system will begin. This process will take place in several stages and is scheduled for completion by April 19, 2026.
Once the migration starts, all newly received emails will be immediately redirected and available in the new Exchange Online system (https://mail.cvut.cz). However, the contents of existing mailboxes—specifically messages from the original faculty system—will be transferred to the new environment gradually throughout the migration period. As a result, users may experience a delay in the availability of older emails during the first few days; nevertheless, all messages will be available once the migration is complete.
