On April 16, 2026, at 8:00 PM, a planned migration of FME user mailboxes from the faculty email system to the university-wide Exchange Online system will begin. This process will take place in several phases and is scheduled for completion by April 19, 2026.
Once the migration starts, all newly received emails will be immediately redirected and accessible in the new Exchange Online system (https://mail.cvut.cz). However, the existing mailbox content (messages from the original faculty system) will be transferred to the new environment gradually throughout the migration period. Consequently, users may experience a delay in the availability of older emails during the first few days; nevertheless, all messages will be available once the migration is complete.
In case of any questions or issues with email access during this transition period, we recommend contacting the faculty technical support. This step is part of the modernization of the university’s IT infrastructure, aimed at ensuring a unified, more secure, and efficient email system for all users.
